Landscape management for high-value coastal properties

A property does not stay sharp because someone cuts the grass. It stays sharp because edges, beds, canopy, and turf are on a rotation that matches the season, and because someone is accountable for the result between visits.

What is included

Coastal Northeast Florida runs a near year-round growing season. St. Augustine grows hard from March through October, then slows sharply. A single maintenance schedule applied year-round either overcuts in winter or falls behind in summer. We adjust the rotation to the season and record it.

  • Mowing, edging, line trimming, and blow-down on a fixed weekly or biweekly rotation
  • Bed maintenance: weed suppression, edge definition, and debris removal
  • Shrub and hedge shaping timed to growth cycle, not to convenience
  • Palm and ornamental canopy cleanup within reach
  • Seasonal transitions: winter prep and spring recovery for St. Augustine turf
  • Visit documentation so you know what was done without asking
