You get a written scope with what is included, what is not, and what it costs. No line item you cannot understand and no surprise on the invoice.
Execute on schedule
Work happens on the days it is supposed to happen. When weather moves it, you hear from us before you notice.

Yes. ELLD Property Services is a licensed Florida LLC and carries insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance or just one-time work?
Both. You can book a single service or put the whole property on a documented maintenance rotation and stop managing multiple vendors.

Full property care: landscape management, lawn and fertilization programs, irrigation, drainage, outdoor lighting, beds and plantings, pressure washing, and tree work — managed as one system.
