End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and ELLD Property Services LLC regarding your use of our software services.

License Grant:
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software as part of our services.

Restrictions:
You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our software without permission.

Limitation of Liability:
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate this license if you breach any terms.
